Most orders process within 1-5 business days. However, since all orders are made-to-order, some orders may take up to 14 days before shipping. We will notify you once your order has shipped.
We always offer free expedited shipping on all orders to any address in the continental U.S. (no PO boxes please). You will see this option available at checkout.

Canada — Free shipping on orders over $400. Otherwise variable depending on location.

All pieces are crafted using full-grain, anilined dyed French or Italian leathers. Our belts embrace the beauty of natural markings and textures, especially our exotic skins. Each belt is truly one of a kind, reflecting the finest qualities of the leather. As such, please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to display settings and resolutions.
When placing your order, remember to carefully select the size and color stitching that suits your style. For the ideal fit, we recommend ordering belts 2 inches larger than your pant size.
Leather belts may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a new custom belt or in-house credit. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all exchanges. The exchange must be of equal value to the original purchase price. Should you wish to upgrade to a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for the price difference.
To begin the exchange process, email us at support@rogerximenez.com to receive a return authorization number. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. For secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping via UPS or FedEx.
How to Choose Your Perfect Belt Size
We make sizing simple! Just select your current pant size, and we'll automatically add 2 inches to create your ideal belt length. For example, if you wear size 32 pants, we'll cut your belt to size 34.

I love your belts ,your return policy is very bad .the colors on a computer are not accurate .When one of my belts arrived the color was off .i sent it back and was charged a 20% restocking fee and a store credit verse a return of my money .that policy along with the facts that the colors aren’t accurate on your website causes me to not want to buy again .
Horrible. I do not like the belt. It is much taller than it shows and they will not swap it without paying a 20% restocking fee. Never purchase from someone that does not stand by their product.
